Onak.lk is the main online shopping platform operated by Sunglow Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lankan company supplying electronics and home appliances.

Online card and gateway payments on Onak.lk are processed by our authorized payment partner PayHere (or any successor payment gateway we enable). Sunglow Enterprises / Onak.lk does not store your full credit/debit card number, CVV or PIN on our servers.

Payment providers process card data under their own security standards and privacy terms. We only receive limited payment status information needed to confirm your order (for example payment success/failure and a transaction reference).

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Delivery partners and logistics providers to ship your order
  • Payment gateways (including PayHere) to process payments and refunds
  • IT, hosting, SMS/email and customer-support service providers acting on our behalf
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights

Service providers are expected to use your information only to perform services for us and to protect it appropriately.
